Krazy For Kats, Inc. has the mission to help all of our rescue kitties feel safe, loved and ready to find womderful new homes. We provide complete medical care, supplies and treatments to aid sick and injured kitties. This past year we have been working with special needs kitties saved from euthanasia from the shelters and that have been injured or abused. 🐾 I wanted to share the inspiring story of a remarkable cat who recently crossed my path. Named RA for his majestic Flame Point Siamese Mix appearance, reminiscent of a Sun God, this resilient feline captured my heart

🐾 RA's journey began on the harsh streets of LA, where he endured unimaginable suffering.  Covered in mange, plagued by a severe flea infestation, RA had broken teeth from abuse that caused him so much pain he could not eat. His condition was heartbreaking, and it was clear he needed urgent help.

🐾 In my rescue work I am often called in to do TNR (trap-neuter-release) for feral cat colonies. Normally the older cats are fixed and returned, but RA's condition demanded a different approach. Diagnosed with FIV, he required immediate medical care to survive. We also found out from his last visit to the vet that he needed surgery. He was shot at numerous times with a BB Gun and the pellets were still lodged in his body. Returning him to the streets would have been a death sentence, so I decided to let him to stay my own home.

🐾 RA is doing great and is my new constant companion. He loves to talk - wants his own YOUTUBE channel or get an agent to be in the movies!
